Upper Bicep Sizing
When measuring for an armband, wrap a cloth measuring tape around your arm at the point where your bicep meets your shoulder muscle - NOT the peak of your bicep. Don't pull too tight, but make sure the tape is snug. Do not flex your arm when measuring - hold it straight out in front of you, parallel to the floor. Mr. S recommends getting a buddy to help you get an accurate measurement.
