Thank you for signing up to become a member of the CZ Platinum Card Scheme. We hope you will enjoy the benefits being a member of the scheme brings and look forward to welcoming you to our stores throughout the year.

To make sure we are able to operate the scheme fairly and without abuse there are a number of terms and conditions that we need to bring to your attention. These are listed below;

1. In the first instance, an applicant / card holder must work in the Adult Industry, such as escorts, pro-dommes, cam models and similar.
2. We must be able to validate an applicant / card holder’s status in the Adult Industry.
3. An applicant / card holder must be able to provide a name and address that matches a valid photo ID (UK driving licence or a passport).
4. An applicant / card holder must have a valid email address, which we should be able to verify.
5. All applicants / card holders must be aged 18 years or older to participate
6. To be a member of the scheme and remain in the scheme, the card holder must spend a minimum of £1,000 per year after discounts. If this level of spend is not achieved and maintained the card will be deactivated and will no longer be valid for use.
7. A valid Platinum card entitles the named card holder to a discount of 30% on their purchases, in any of our stores. The discount is available on all the products we sell, excluding those already discounted above 30%. Products purchased as part of a multi buy are also excluded.
8. Please present your CZ Platinum card for use in store at the start of your transaction. You will also be required to provide a valid photo ID (UK driving licence or a passport).
9. The card can only be used by the card holder and is not transferrable.
10. In any circumstance where the person presenting the card for use is not the named card holder, the card will be retained by the store staff and the card will be deactivated immediately.
11. Any breach of these conditions will result in the card being deactivated and will no longer be valid for use.

CZ Platinum is available for selected customers only. Completing an application form does not guarantee that the applicant will be invited to join the scheme. By becoming a CZ Platinum card holder you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the scheme. A CZ Platinum card remains the property of Libertybelle UK Ltd T/A Clonezone at all times and must be surrendered on demand. The CZ Platinum card scheme is discretionary and we reserve the right to withdraw either the entire scheme or an individual member from it at any time. Members of the scheme agree to Clonezone sending emails informing them about offers and promotions.
