"Please note: Not for Beginners" that is an understatementGot the large version so can't say if the medium is any easier to take but looking at the measurements it doubt it would be much different.
I have used and had used on me a couple speculums in the past, all of which have only expanded in one way this one opens 2 ways which adds a new dimension to the play.
Overall the quality seems very good and well put together. Even with lubey fingers I was still able to adjust the screws to keep the toy at the size i wanted.Posted on
